Multiple granular nitrogen sources wake up the lawn, with Dimension pre-emergent to stop crabgrass and other weeds from germinating. EC+ Enhanced Calcium delivers lime with Humic and Fulvic Acids while maintaining soil pH.

Spring application

Spring Application

A targeted nutrient boost develops strong roots and continues weed prevention — built around Acelepryn season-long grub control, virtually non-toxic to families, pets, and the environment. SynGen wetting agent included.

Summer application

Summer Application

Prepares the lawn for summer stress with additional controlled-release nitrogen and potassium. A 70% controlled-release product with SynGen wetting agent included.

Fall application

Fall Application

Replaces lost resources and prepares for fall aeration and better growing conditions — one of the most important applications of the year, with increased potassium for seasonal stress.

Winter application

Winter Application

Feeds the lawn steadily until dormancy with a 10% iron solution and increased potassium, storing nutrients for a healthy spring start.

How many applications does the Turf Care Program include?
Five, timed to the Southern Massachusetts season — early-spring feeding with crabgrass pre-emergent, late-spring feeding with broadleaf weed control, summer stress support, early-fall recovery, and a late-fall winterizer that sets up next spring’s green-up.
Can I start mid-season, or do I have to wait for spring?
Start anytime. We prorate the program from whichever application is next — a lawn that starts in July still gets the summer, fall, and winterizer visits, and it goes into winter in far better shape than one that waited.
Is the fertilizer safe for my kids and dog?
We select the safest effective products and our technicians are licensed and trained annually. Treat it like wet paint: keep kids and pets off until it’s dry — usually one to two hours — then use the lawn normally.
Do I need to be home for applications?
No. Application flags go down on every treatment as Massachusetts requires, and you’ll always know what was applied and any wait times. Gates, dogs, or special instructions — tell us once and it’s on your account permanently.
When will I actually see results?
Color improves within two to three weeks of the first feeding. Thickness is a season-long build — most lawns look dramatically better by fall of year one, and the second spring is when neighbors start asking questions.
